Architectural Designs > Indiana Lake House
This 1,800 square-foot addition to an existing 1,300 square-foot vacation home turned it into a year-round residence. The addition blends seamlessly with the original structure, yet completely changes the character of the house.
A contemporary concept of spatial openness is blended with both traditional and contemporary materials. Oak railings are fitted with tempered glass panels. Bamboo flooring was selected for its beauty and durability. Douglass fir beams and decking were hand-selected and shipped from California.
